How to reach La Cachette d’Antibes
✈️ By plane
- The nearest airport is Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (NCE), located about 16 km from Antibes.
- From the airport, you can reach Antibes by:
- Train: take tram line 2 from the airport to “Nice Saint-Augustin” station, then a regional train (TER) to Antibes(approx. 30 minutes).
- Bus: direct buses are available from the airport to Antibes.
- Taxi or Uber: approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic.
🚆 By train
- Antibes is well connected by train and easily reachable from major cities such as Nice, Cannes, Marseille, or Paris. The Antibes train station is located about 900 meters (10–15 minutes on foot) from La Cachette d’Antibes. From the station, you can either walk or take a taxi to the old town.
🚗 By car
- La Cachette is located in a pedestrian street in the heart of Antibes old town (12 rue Arazy).
- The closest drop-off point is 5 Place Amiral Barnaud, 06600 Antibes, about 150 meters from the apartment, with limited street parking available nearby.
- 🅿️ Street parking in Antibes (“PAYANT”)
- Street parking in Antibes is usually pay-and-display (indicated by the ‘PAYANT’ sign on the ground).
- Rules:
- The first hour is free once per day and per vehicle (register your license plate at the parking meter).
- Parking is free between 12:00–14:00, and from 18:00 to 9:00 the following day.
- Free on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
- Free for electric vehicles and cars with a valid disabled parking badge.
- Maximum stay on-street is typically 2h15.
- ⚠️ If you exceed the maximum time without paying, you’ll be charged a fixed €15 FPS (Post-Parking Fee). This does not act as a fine, but grants an additional 2h15 of parking. However, this does not allow all-day parking — for longer stays, underground garages or long-term parkings are recommended. Payment is accepted via coins, contactless cards, or the Flowbird mobile app.

- Bouygues (120 spots) – Avenue du 11 Novembre

→ Free shuttle every 10 minutes to the old town or a 15–20 min walk

- Q-Park Médiathèque, Frères Olivier, or Pré aux Pêcheurs (all ~500 m)
- Since January 2024, La Poste, Médiathèque, and Frères Olivier offer 2 hours of free parking on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, except in July and August.
